Traive will provide configuration and training services to the Contracting Party’s users related to the use of the Credit System for up to 8 (eight) hours. This includes analyzing credit policies, platform configuration, training on platform usage, and interpretation of scores. Sessions will be conducted either remotely or in person, as agreed upon by both parties. If additional training hours are required, the terms will be mutually agreed upon.

During the contract period, Traive will offer support services to the Contracting Party for inquiries related to any potential situations arising from the contracted module(s).

Technical support will be provided by Traive through support tools and/or phone, in the Portuguese language (Brazil), on business days from Monday to Friday, between 08:30 AM and 12:00 PM, and from 01:30 PM to 06:30 PM (Brasília time).

Throughout the contract duration, Traive will also provide software and/or service updates and upgrades.
